We are looking for an entry level or experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join the team. This company is a family owned concrete construction services company in Curtis Bay. This role will be on-site and involve around 50% of travel.

Monday-Friday and travel in the area - home every night!

Candidate Qualifications include:

• 2 years of experience.
• Prefer college degree in construction management or business management
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. If needed, will train to use takeoff software.
• Proficient math skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Able to work and communicate effectively with foremen, vendors, clients as well as office staff
• Solid understanding of concrete construction for commercial, residential, and decorative concrete
• Strong work ethic and integrity

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bidding projects by reading construction drawings such as civil, structural, and architectural: identifying and take off concrete quantities for bidding; soliciting material price quotes; creating job proposals
• Project management by coordinating schedules, field personnel, materials, and equipment for multiple concrete projects
• Gather field measurements for invoice processing
